There is a chance some players may experience timeouts when logging in to their characters, should this happen to you please try again.
If you are having any connectivity issues please report them in this thread in the Update 1.07 feedback forum so we are able to look into them.

The /claim command has been enabled, claim away!

Customer service is now able to assist with characters that are not able to be logged in. Please login using another character and send in a petition (/petition) and give the names of any and all characters on your account that are affected.
